William is a Miami Native and a 2nd Generation Real Estate Broker who specializes in some of the most exclusive communities throughout South Florida. Prior to Real Estate, he spent nearly a decade as an award-winning Sales and Marketing Executive in several of Miami Beach’s most popular hotels. It was here where his dedication for customer service was clearly recognized and, coupled with his unique and Innovative Marketing style, he established the methodology necessary to ensure an unparalleled level of service to his Real Estate clientele. In 2011 he completed his MBA from the University of Miami and then began his quest to develop his own custom Marketing Platform for real estate that continues to consistently out-perform the competition. “The South Florida Market has always been extremely competitive- but mostly because of the sheer quantity of inventory-not the quality of the marketing efforts- so it was my goal to put quality first- and the results have been incredible”.
